To ensure a worry-free experience, all packages are sent with a proof of posting and are protected against loss and/or damage. When your order will be dispatched, you will receive an email in your inbox that will let you know the details.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock.

U.K Delivery Options:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery: £2.99 (1-3 working days)

Before ordering, please make sure that all of your address details are correct and complete. If you receive a card that informs you about the Royal Mail attempting a delivery, we recommend contacting them immediately thanks to the details that they provide on the calling card.

Europe/International Delivery Options

Royal Mail Standard International: £9.99 (5-9 working days)

Lost or Undeliverable Orders

We hold ourselves accountable for products that are lost in the post, and we always make sure to send a replacement as long as the item has passed the time frame that considers the product lost and irretrievable. If your order doesn’t arrive in adequate condition, we will also send replacements for the items in question as soon as possible.

If your order is returned to us because of incorrect or false address information that otherwise could have been delivered successfully, we charge a redelivery cost that sums up to the cost of the redelivery and a 20% administration fee. This is why we ask everyone to double check their postal information at the check-out before submitting their order. We also ask for the customer to make sure they can pick up the package within a reasonable time frame when it arrives to avoid redelivery costs.

All of our orders are sent accompanied with documents that prove the proof of postage and relevant insurance. If you fail to receive your package within an estimated time frame, we encourage you to contact us and we will make sure to sort out and resolve the problem as soon as possible, and if applicable, resend the order. All deliveries that are made through third parties rely on and stand by their own terms and conditions. Even though we make sure to get your goods to you as soon as possible, we cannot ensure the delivery times due to unforeseeable circumstances that may occur on the courier’s side.


After receiving the order, you may return the goods within 30 days after the dispatch. The product must be unopened and sealed. If the goods are open and tampered with, we are not able to accept a return due to the potential denaturing that could have happened to the product. If you wish to cancel or return a purchase, please ensure to contact us through email with your order number as soon as possible.


For warranty, we encourage you to look and refer to the ‘best before’ dates listed on the packaging of the product in question. Regardless, we make sure to guarantee the product to be able to last at least 6 months after it is dispatched from our quarters.
